A farm company with its own camera, and its own code.

Most agricultural firms hire someone else to tell their story. Most agencies have never stood in a maize field at six in the morning. We do both, in the same group, and that is the point.

Our story

Work we have done for years,
now under one name.

Shechinah Group brings together work our team has been doing for years, first as Shambadunia: farm services and agribusiness, national farmer events, media production and technology. In 2026 it came together under one registered company, Shechinah Limited, based at Dar Village Mall in Mikocheni, Dar es Salaam.

A drone job becomes a film. A film builds an audience. The audience brings sponsors and buyers, and the buyers pay the farmer. Keeping all of that in one group is how we make sure the value created on the farm is still there when it reaches the market.

  1. 2019

    Shambadunia Limited is founded in Dar es Salaam.

  2. 2021

    Shambadunia runs the first Mkulima Awards in Morogoro, honouring farmers and the institutions that support them.

  3. 2021–23

    Three Mkulima Awards editions; the Kilimo Marathon & Expo launches as a youth platform.

  4. 2024

    Fourth Kilimo Marathon & Expo: "Transforming Youth Mindset in Agriculture".

  5. 2026

    The work comes together as Shechinah Group. The Kilimo Heroes farmer app goes live.

Shechinah Limited is the parent company: it holds the licences, signs the contracts and employs the team. Clients and partners meet us through one of two houses.

The name & the mark

Shechinah:
to be present.

The word speaks of presence: arriving, staying and dwelling among the people you serve. We are present on the land through Shambafrica, and on people's screens through RIC Agency.

Our mark draws Africa as ploughed furrows. Every line is a farm; together they make a continent that can feed itself. The point on the coast sits on Tanzania, where every piece of our work begins. From it, Shambafrica grows a leaf and RIC Agency sends a signal.
