Terms of service.

Last updated 3 November 2026. These terms cover your use of shechinahgroup.com and of RIC Social Publisher, both run by Shechinah Limited ("Shechinah Group", "we"), Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. By using them you agree to these terms.

This website

The information on this site describes our companies, services and platforms. We work to keep it accurate, but it can change without notice and it is not an offer or a contract. Our platforms (Kilimo Heroes, Risiti Kiganjani, NEET and others) have their own terms inside each app.

RIC Social Publisher

RIC Social Publisher is our social media publishing tool. Our team, and clients whose pages we manage, use it to connect social media accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads and LinkedIn) and plan, schedule and publish content to them. Access is given by us; there is no public sign-up.

• Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• You are responsible for the content you publish and confirm you have the rights to it. You keep ownership of it, and allow us to store it and send it to the platforms you choose, only so we can publish it for you.
• Content must follow each platform's own terms and community guidelines. Using YouTube features also means you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Do not use the tool to publish unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content, to send spam, or to interfere with any platform.
• You can disconnect an account at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or a platform's rules.
• Platforms may change or limit their APIs, which can affect what the tool can do. We cannot promise it will always be available.

How we handle data from connected accounts is set out in our privacy notice.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for actions a platform takes on your account.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
